Winner Selection:
Cooking Contest Central will randomly select a winner using “And The Winner Is” (WordPress plug-in) based on the number of valid entries on or around April 1st.  Winner will be notified by email and have 3 days to respond with their address before an alternate winner will be chosen and notified.
