What do you do with the cooked bacon? Is it crumbled into the jam mixture or put on top of the brie?
Oh my word. I looked at your question and then at the recipe and thought “hmmm. that looks like an interesting recipe. I wonder why she didn’t say that the bacon goes back into the jam?” And then I scrolled up further and see that it was my recipe! That was SO long ago. Sorry, It does get added to the jam along with the apricot jam at the end.
