How could you not love avocados? Creamy additions to Turkey Sandwiches and a healthy ingredient for my favorite Pear & Avocado Chicken Salad. I love that I can buy a pack of 4 avocados each week at the grocery and find delicious ways to enjoy them week in and week out. Oh, and Basil Guacamole… don’t get me started!!! Friends are in love with my Basil Guacamole that I can’t seem to attend a party without it 😉

guacamole is definitely my favorite use for Avocados. We make it fresh in my house pretty often. Love it plain with just some lime/lemon juice onion powder and salt and pepper. So good!
