Pizza Lovers Giveaway

First of all, we want to offer our congratulations to Ronna Farley, winner of the October blog giveaway!

Don’t worry, you all now have a chance at our November giveaway!  This prize package this month features products from one of my favorite brands, Epicurean.

If you love pizza, you will adore these products.   You can turn your kitchen into a pizzeria with the Epicurean Pizza Peel and Pizza Cutter.  Build or place your pizza right on the peel and then slide it off onto your preheated oven rack or pizza stone. The beveled edge makes it easy to scoop your perfect pie from the oven when the cheese is hot and bubbly. Because these peels are made with the same material as our cutting boards, there is no need to transfer – just slice and serve (using your Epicurean Pizza Cutter, of course).  Clean up will be a breeze because you can toss the tools right into the dishwasher!

  3. Make home pizza frequently, would be great to win this giveaway to help along the process.

  4. I’m Italian (came from Naples’ region of Italy) so pizza is in my blood! I prefer the simple Pizza Margherita and I could really use these tools in making it!

  5. I like the French version of pizza – Pissaladière. Caramelized onions, anchovies, oil-cured olives on a thin, crispy crust.

  6. Let me start off by saying that I love pizza, some people (my wife and kids) may even call me a pizza geek! I truly enjoy making pizza, dough and all. I actually feel there is no replacement for homemade dough and its super easy to make. Last week I made some beer pretzels and had some of the lager left over so I used it to make pizza dough. It was fantastic, both the taste and texture were spot on! Anyway, my favorite pie starts with a thin layer of olive oil, minced garlic, fresh spinach, feta, sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, mozzarella and chopped basil. I’d love to give this peel and cutter a try, I’ve always used a wheel but the cutter looks very interesting. Thanks!

  7. I’m content with a great sauce on a pizza and some high quality cheese. If the sauce is good, and the cheese is good I don’t feel like I need much else.

  8. I love cheese steak pizza – shaved steak, cheese, sauteed red and green bell peppers (no tomato sauce).

  9. My favorite pizza topping? Just one? Hmmm I guess cheese. But I really love a veggie pizza with lots of cheese.
