The cakes can be filled, frosted and decorated in countless ways.   Some people make ” baby reveal cakes” to tell friends and family if they are expecting a boy or a girl.  I think this would be adorable if decorated like a pumpkin for Halloween or maybe an ornament at Christmas.  The possibilities are endless!
